I thought it would be cool to somehow rate the toys that we all collect. Not in any kind of scientific way, but based on the things that are important to a chogokin collector. All the ratings are subjective and just based on my own impressions. Each toy will be given a score of 1 to 10 in the following categories: appearance, playability, weight, accessories, box, and coolness. An average of all these scores will be calculated to arrive at the final rating. Let me know of any toys you'd like to see reviewed here.

Kaiyodo Giant
Combattler Review

Kaiyodo's Giant Plastic Combattler V toy is just huge. It measures 18.5" tall! It is made of a sturdy plastic which is somewhat flexible. The proportions of the toy are beautiful, capturing Combattler V's form as never before. The arms rotate as do the feet, but there is no real poseability. The toy came with no accessories or box.

This toy is probably more of a statue or a figurine then a true toy. There is nice detail in the rear treads and especially the head, where many combattler toys fail to put an emphasis. This is a great piece for any giant robot fan or Combattler fan. I definitely think its a toy worth picking up and putting on your shelf.
